Need to ship your bicycle to one of our tours?
For each of our tours, In Motion Events will provide you with the name, address,
telephone number and contact person at a local, reliable, bicycle shop so that
you can have your bicycle shipped to the starting location and have it set up and
ready for you to pick up when you arrive for the tour!

* For those cyclists assembling their own bikes - In Motion Events will
have to store your bike box, we need to know, prior to ride, if you are choosing this option.
1) Write on outside of bike either MOOSA Tour or NOVA SCOTIA Tour
2) Then write either ASSEMBLE or DONT ASSEMBLE depending on your preference.
The shop is busy and needs adequate time (2 weeks) to be sure your bike is ready for the tour.
Please call and communicate with them to understand the time frame necessary.

Important Information regarding bicycle shipping.

You must pick up your bicycle on Friday August 1st (you must be there by 6pm).
|
|
|
You have to arrange for shipping home when you pick up your bicycle-the shop is
closed upon return - In Motion will drop all bikes off for all cyclists utilizing Cycle Mania.
|
|
|
You need to ship your bike 2 weeks prior to tour.
|
|
|
Bike Shop is .9 mi from Holiday Inn.
Ferry is .5 mi from Holiday Inn.
|
|
|
We will pick up luggage at the Holiday Inn on Sat. (Aug. 2) early-ferry boards 7:00am.
|
|
|
At registration on Friday, you can sign up for the luggage pick up.
|
|
|
You will take your bike walk/bike down to ferry Saturday am.
